1. Horrible working hours. 9am-10pm. Somedays 9am- 12am. Somedays upto 4am. It's horrible. 2. Verbal abuse, mental abuse from top management especially from the most undeserving, illiterate Saket Kandoi. 3. Even the immediate manager is like puppet. Pressurize the team members unnecessary. 4. Everything is urgent. Everything has to be done by EOD. No help from anyone. 5. Meetings on Sunday also. I don't know why people are still working here or government is giving orders? No employee rights here....Read More

Company's field of buisness is good and all other things are worst

Dislikes

HR is irresponsible, they keep people on hold. The work culture is just like a Government office, after lunch people are sleepy the operation in the office slows down. Very Bad experience They think only they have time and other people have no value. Useless and disgusting Management policies.
