In raigarh plant , all h.o.d have their ego expected ceo sir. All h.o.d not support their employees, technician . All h.o.d. have less knowledge and they more talk ing about work.they do not support juniors for their best working knowledge.in lab our h.o.d mr.a.roy not support any chemist their work.

The company is a convertion plant with tata steel.it produce high carbone ferro chromium. It is a bengoli group plant and here is very politics for local chhattisgarh's employees.
