Tineta pharma is good company in market I am a part of team that markets sells ,high product and has a global client base

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some time , i have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as i have to attend dr calls in the evening and some time late into the night I am not satisfy for job.

I didn't leave this company. But my manager( Bhushan ) (surname i don't know) said to me .i want to give your job to my relative. I don't know why he did like it. And Tineta Pharma pvt LTD didn't give me my salary . Near about 26 thousands is pending my salary.tineta Pharma pvt LTD didn't give me my salary. Lastly i wanna say . Thisis a good company . but some persons doesn't give chance to go ahead like as think about company growth. See my work in this company 💯% right and 💯% company growth. my manager that time take fake reports.that time i sent that recordings to my ZM ( To Sir Raj Bahadur) maybe he didn't see that message.i hope you can feel my feelings.
