This place has a great work culture managers were very helpful management always has our backs and the most great thing about this organisation the growth development in people’s life it forces us to pull our full potential out which resides within us and helps us build a strong sense of mind which helps us to keep up with this world.

Dislike is just an illusion it appears when things won’t go with the way you want it so if you really dislike something stand to the top of the ladder and change the course of action with the way you want it to be

Decisions take very long. Slow management. Salary & benefits not upto market standards for US-Tax profile. No flexible working hours. During covid there was a salary cut company wide for all employees, which was fine considering that time. But later on conditions improved but company did not pay back that salary.

The atmosphere inside the company/campus is very lively and inspiring due to people & work ethics followed. There are lot of opportunities inside the company to grow technically. Everyone loves the greenery around the campus.

Over the years the admin team have become very frugal and removed many features which were good to have in a campus.
