TZPL now known under umbrella of TEEG.There is very little to like about this organisation.You get to play free games and you get to travel alot PAN India,but you won't get to enjoy.I heard there is good salary hike,but you will want to kill yourself than to seek an appraisal.

Dislikes

1.High level Associates like particularly Business Head,Stock Department head,Area Manager,etc will treat you like machines, even are expected to hung but you are not. 2.As a IT executive,I developed zero skills, rather I felt like a Data Entry Operator. 3.Outdated Technologies . 4.No Work-life balance. 5.Constant insults from Business Head,Project Head,etc. 6.Even after working hard for 36 to 48 hours it is never enough. 7.Even your manager couldn't help you,because he is going through the same level of embarassment. 8.You fill like your self respect is murdered every single hour of day that you have work there. 9.Being an IT person I felt I am doing work of Account team,stock team, Venue team but with zero skills growth.You are like a dummy there. 10.You will be blam for others mistake. 11.No IT person stays with organization for more than 1-2 years. 12.You will feel like your doing work of 4 persons so don't go for the salary the offer.It is a trap.Because you won't learn anything that will help you when you switch. 13.TZPL is an entertainment and arcade gaming organization , which is meant to provide happiness to it customers.But this happiness has high price.Management higher needy people and then exploit them in the name of work. 14.Again go on and go writing about this organization, I wil stop here by saying "All That Glitters Is Not Gold"...Read More
