Yes , I do . But me as a stock incharge got in-hand salary of 12700 where my floor staff GSA get 12500,12200,12100.thats disappointed me..not only me but my supervisor also... I've been working here for 3year ... everytime I ve been told that this salary will be rectified as per your designation but no everytime they lied....I'm leaving the organisation very soon..

Worst manager and worst Supervisor in PMC Bangalore, i worked as a cashier arround two years in that organisation, initially I got pan ind 6th rank in cashiering and got Super Star Award, one day i didn't made any shortage in billing but manager was said as a cashier you should pay the amount, i didn't accept that, immediately he removed me from cashiering, and over the period of two years i didn't get a single compoff, they don't give any compoffs and sick leaves and even for T-shirts also we should beg, they don't give, that supervisor always his position using for his personal life, really I liked that place to work that's why I did two years.I don't like to work to lose my values under that worst and falthu management, I'm the most stuffered person in that place, So finally I did my notice period and i left from that company, one thing make sure i will say, wherever that supervisor is working over there, the staff will be suffer, even though nobody complaint on him, because everyone comes for financial problems. He always feeling like he is the company ceo, he don't have ability to being a supervisor and cheapless character and pshyco and unmatured and un educated fellow, I don't have words to say about that management, But company was good because that is my first work, i learnt many things from the company, thank you 🙏🙏🙏...Read More
