No deadline pressure. You can get to learn a lot at factories.

Dislikes

No design related work. Only drafting. Senior managers will not take your view into account. Employees don't want to stay here for even 6 months. Software are also not provided to employees

They had new R&D but they don't want to invest on man power well fare.

You must be boot licker to gain something at Time Techno becz lots of senior staffs r having less technical knowledge.
