Company takes their employees at the lowest side if it comes to any of the situation or fortune things. Big example:- every year, from my past 2 years of experience, there is salary delay of 1.5 to 2 months. They never takes their employees on top priority in such cases.

It is the very bad experience in Tikona company. They are not providing the petrol allowances. Organisational culture is very wrost. TL and Manager are not compromise in my bad situation.
