Poor work culture, very poor management, little to very less job security.

Dislikes

No compensation or benefits for the employees even though it is clearly mentioned in the CTC document. Useless HR and everything your manager says they'll blindly follow. Extremely low empathy towards the employees especially during this pandemic situation. Almost 30% pay cut since the the mont of March and no deadline still for the same.

Company, Staff are really Good Except our Team staff , they're service to the customer is also fine but there is no work Satisfaction . no career Growth , behave towards to the employee is really bad Especially our Team Leaders , we have to work like they are Dog , salary is Quiet Good for the Fresher's . every weekdays after the meeting they ii take us for the Lunch .
