-Respect for all employees -No work or office once the defined work hours are over -On-time salary -Employees are provided with good systems and IT resources -Adherence to strict and employee friendly guidelines -Follow the global standards of Shell for all employee matters. Especially during the covid times, they have been really supportive and considerate for everyone.

Dislikes

- Sometimes its stressful with no clarity on what to do next - Many good policies exist which I wasn't aware of until I asked HR

Very good work culture. Feels like a family. People are really supportive. I was among the first sales team of Tiki tar and Shell. Always enjoyed the positive energy and team spirit which is flowing in the whole team. We really enjoy the team culture and the management ensures the standards are aligned with that of shell standards.

Dislikes

Nothing as of now. Would love to be a part of it for coming years

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
