Tiger Logistics never supports employees and no any benefit for employees. No Management support They will retrench whenever they want without any reason. They will sack you without any season.

No job security any time they are telling you to put the resignation otherwise we are terminate you and if we are terminating you then you are not getting experience letter,Salary and not given relieving letter. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
