Tiger Logistics never supports employees and no any benefit for employees. No Management support They will retrench whenever they want without any reason. They will sack you without any season.

It was worst experience we all have in Tiger Logistics India Limited. No job security any time they are telling you to put the resignation otherwise we are terminate you and if we are terminating you then you are not getting experience letter,Salary and not given relieving letter. Still they never giving a salary to the employees. They told me to you wanted to do the case on company then you go and the case we will see in the court.

It was worst Experience we all have in tiger Logistics India Limited. This company never giving a salary in this pandemic situation. Top management never understand the situation of small employees how they are survive in this pandemic situation. - No Job security any time they are telling you to put the resignation otherwise we are terminet you and if we are terminating you then you are not getting Experience letter, salary, and also not received releving letter - all the management person forcing you to putting a resignation - there is no profit share with employees but if any loss is occurred at that time employee have to pay the loss and it will deduct from direct salary. -worst management

- No Management Support - company does Not having Positive view of employees - company insist to employees- you have to work hard but don't expect salary - Tiger Logistics India Limited releave thair employees in this covid-19 pandemic situation - Still they never giving a salary to the employees - worked Hard but then also still we don't getting a salary from company its more than 100 days goes to releave us from company without giving a salary. - we bagging to the top management but there is no buddy ready to listen us. - they told me to you wanted to do the case on company then you go and do the case we'll see in the court. - I am small employees of company also don't having an inough money to survive in my this penemic situation then how can i fight to the company. - we are working for salary only because of we are belongs to the middle class family we worked hard and what ever salary getting from company on that salary depends my family's all expenses like house rent, food, all Bills etc...

No any support during lockdown.salary deducted from March and give salary 40% and 70%.many employees terminate in lockdown period.not any conveyance give in lockdown.
