Good Work environment. Supportive teammates and management. Company policies are good. There is a huge cricket and Wallyball ground. Company arrange one day tour for all employees.

Dislikes

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary, increament growth is not satisfactory. There is company policy of 3 months notice period of date of leaving for all kind of employees. Training is not given to new joinees and lack of safety are their for shop floor workers.

The job is interesting, in the beginning i'm facing some struggle to learning. I've got some training on outside from the organization and it's also helpfull for my personal growth.
