Shift working is not as we expect earlier. Its not possible to maintain work life balance here. Repetitive projects after year and year. Old management, Too many experience persons are working there for every shop, which ultimately not allow to next generation to grow. If you are not permanent employee, then salary is not upto mark.

Overall a nice company, with good work culture. Growing revenues, good profitable organisation. Work life balance is very good.

Salary is below market standard. Poor increment. Most importantly it is no more a part of Thyssenkrupp Germany. Since indian stackhilders has acquired the entire stack. Hence it is become an Indian MNC.

German culture, Good food, annual increments, flexible timing, sufficient leaves, 5 days working, 9 hours timing, monthly personal gate passes twice, hybrid working, Bus facility, timely salary, etc.
