My department head and manager very very supportive and kind. The work load and the culture are good at the HO.

Extended working hours at the construction project site and abusive behaviour by my site RCM with other staff. Even though Sat-Sun is off for all, site deployed staff to work full day on Saturday and half day on Sunday. Site Level Management is done by RCMs and is usually poor.
