One of the 3rd grade HR exist here. if u don't open your mouth u get nothing, employees with attitude should be selected, skill will get enhanced automatically with experience. I cried from day one to my last day. One of the worsest experience i have had.

Earlier and current is not comparable. HR n admin is not transperant. People's salary is not as per structure atleast for me it's really not good comparable with existing and current market. Not having trust if requested for WFH. Not giving good feedback if researched or enquired from outside agency.

Worst possible company culture,the leadership looks only at what benefits they are getting and are least bothered about ur development and training and growth.Would never recommend even for freshers as the learning is zero.

Shift working is not as we expect earlier. Its not possible to maintain work life balance here. Repetitive projects after year and year. Old management, Too many experience persons are working there for every shop, which ultimately not allow to next generation to grow. If you are not permanent employee, then salary is not upto mark.

Overall a nice company, with good work culture. Growing revenues, good profitable organisation. Work life balance is very good.

Salary is below market standard. Poor increment. Most importantly it is no more a part of Thyssenkrupp Germany. Since indian stackhilders has acquired the entire stack. Hence it is become an Indian MNC.
