There is a lot of politics, no teamwork. Work Perishability, increment problem for contract employee. No job security. Education not matter minority is preference. Education & knowledge are not matter, matter is how close relationship between the seniors.

Good. Job is interesting, try to understand the MNC environment. I got a chance to play vital role in department. But no teamwork, sometimes dominated me. No value of poor employees. Work Perishability and promotion politics.

Earlier and current is not comparable. HR n admin is not transperant. People's salary is not as per structure atleast for me it's really not good comparable with existing and current market. Not having trust if requested for WFH. Not giving good feedback if researched or enquired from outside agency.

Shift working is not as we expect earlier. Its not possible to maintain work life balance here. Repetitive projects after year and year. Old management, Too many experience persons are working there for every shop, which ultimately not allow to next generation to grow. If you are not permanent employee, then salary is not upto mark.

Overall a nice company, with good work culture. Growing revenues, good profitable organisation. Work life balance is very good.

Salary is below market standard. Poor increment. Most importantly it is no more a part of Thyssenkrupp Germany. Since indian stackhilders has acquired the entire stack. Hence it is become an Indian MNC.

It’s a wonderful organisation to work with. Engineering to its best. Great human value, work satisfaction and best of industry facilities. Employees enjoys work life balance. German culture, Good food, annual increments, flexible timing, sufficient leaves, 5 days working, 9 hours timing, monthly personal gate passes twice, hybrid working, Bus facility, timely salary, etc.

Working here more then 14 years but didn’t see any serious negative issue as of now.
