Overall a nice company, with good work culture. Growing revenues, good profitable organisation. Work life balance is very good.

Dislikes

Salary is below market standard. Poor increment. Most importantly it is no more a part of Thyssenkrupp Germany. Since indian stackhilders has acquired the entire stack. Hence it is become an Indian MNC.

It is one of the best company regarding job security. A company in which I would like to join when I am 50 and then retire from here. The policies are good, and with new leaders they are coming up with new policies.

The growth is slow, with less learning opportunities. Your work will have to depend on multiple departments and things become very slow.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
