Neither a teammate nor are the training methods found anywhere like in thyssenKrupp, Work-life balance isn't quite good but the teamwork is appreciable. Salary and appraisals are dependent upon hardwork and extra time given to the company. To learn technical aspects, thyssenKrupp is a perfect platform. Work environment is good and career growth is a resultant of hardwork and ethics.

Dislikes

Only the work-life balancing is not good other things are best in every aspect, also travel/tour or fun trips are not involved within the worklife to refresh minds.
