Work culture is good. Management is supportive and company policies are more in favour of employees

There is no much growth career wise. No salary hike and due to IR issues not unionised employees are suffered a lot.

Work Details

I worked in TK for 9 yrs. but the growth was not good as per the time span. There are lot of IR issues which the management could not able to maintain and it is affecting on the career growth for the non unionized employees.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
