It is having good working culture and they are providing good perks for Diwali, Dussera and for some their personal events. If we need accomodation they will provide.

Growth will depends on every individual employee's performance that has been viewed by their immediate superior as per the expectation from his/her side. But the growth will be slow, depends upon our more work and work hours.

My work has been reviewed slowly, as my performance has improved in slow manner. They provided increment after 1 year and promoted after 8 months from the increment of my salary.

good named company that is made by previous owner Dr Velumani but at present owner destroying this by their unexperienced V.P and senior management.

Totally a hire and fire company. Beware of join the same no respect no work culture, transfers you any time without any notice and without and relocation compensation or assistance, Bunch of HR you even didn't know to whom you have to contact, and HR head is biased not listen to employ only listen to you at the time of joining and interview after that they only threat you.

Right now I m working PUNL location .there is only one thing that is house keeping staff . House keeping staff is not present as per duty. Absence that sometimes lab is not cleaned looking very bad condition. And our management not taking any action on that .. and one more this we have pantry room which is very very poor . Not cleaned.
