1) Imperialism, Only American employees are eligible for promotions based on performance usually for the output give by Indian team. 2) For Indian employees promotion are based on Dilbert principle. 3) Every 2 years indian CEOs and leadership team gets terminated, to retain Highmarks control and it's always the previous indian managements fault.
