The main aspect we can interact directly client for the requirements and implementation part. Disadvantage have only one thing insurance client only.

I have spent more than 5years in my tenure one promotion only and no skill change chance and not much hikes. I felt it's not fit me that's why switch the company there is no encourage for genuine working resource always get region base appluse

obsession with years of experience rather than skills or tallent. Govt like rigid policies So In all likelihood you will see employee getting promoted just bez they have been with the organisation longer. So you will have that question why should I work hard and give extra if promotion is based on years of experience

This is an amazing Company, culture is so Good and everyone is very friendly. Am working in this company from past 3years so am really satisfied with company culture. They will provide free food Free Transport for particular shift Anniversary Gifts Free Health Insurance to employees and dependants ( upto 5lakh)

If they hire for any role but work will be different. I working as a Build engineer but technology wise very low. They are still using old technology…they have separate team for devops and middleware..so you won’t get full understanding and satisfaction on your work. Team and technical wise they need to improve alot. Many unwanted roles are there in one team even fresher also can do those kind of work. “They are mainly dependent on US team…so we cannot expect anything..if we want to do anything..we need to consult with US team otherwise it will be an issue”. I hope they will concentrate on technology and team ..they need to encourage employees to learn new technical skills with free of money. This is the only main problem in Team. Maybe many teams having this issue am not sure. But Company is So Good...Read More
