Thrillophilia has been known for its legacy of not paying incentives on time to the sales team, and their is no reasons it is the thought process of founder and stingy behaviour of the VPs of the organisation. So just to recover that as I was not payed incentives for over 1.5 years even after performing to the best and always above my target, I thought I would recover it by passing on the data of the current customers to competitors of thrillophilia i.e. PYT, SOTC Holidays and thomascook. Now i have thrice the amount of incentive i was supposed to get. FYI founders, previously also someone who sold the data was someone very important and near to you, who has all the access to your database of leads coming from marketing campaigns and SEO.. Else i m sure you all are smart enough. Also please respect your employees, they are being paid for their skills of selling your product, not because they are at your mercy....Read More

I joined thrillophilia in january 2024, and I must say the journey so far is good. In starting I thought it will be difficult to survive in this fast paced environment but with the support of my team and seniors I am quite happy. Best work culture.

I have got new friends there , new people to meet everyday...and taking sessions was the most enjoyable parts which i had there , and it is tour and travel company which organises and provide experience so, yeah that was fun to work there And connecting with new minds everyday

This organization values politics over hard work and sincerity. If you're dedicated, honest, and treat.. If you are naive ,good person and work hard with sincerity, achieving good sales and maintaining high standards, this organization might not be the right fit for you. Even if you treat the company like a family and remain a dedicated, hardworking employee, such qualities may not be valued here. This company seems to favor clever individuals who excel in office politics, leverage their position to exploit lower hierarchies, and apply pressure on their colleagues for personal gain. In the end you will get betrayed, Heart broken. It was my passional job. I worked hard.. even in the late nights. I am losing my brain because of some people. Some unhygienic people. Very dissatisfied with the company's work culture and ethics, which reflect a lack of professionalism and vision. Leadership appears unqualified, and management is unhelpful in addressing employee concerns. The six-day work schedule, lack of employee benefits, unprofessional HR practices, and poor infrastructure further add to the challenges. There is nothing to like here in Thrillophilia, especially in accounts department. I literally do not suggest anybody to join, make sure first & take your decision wisely.

There is no work culture, no hierarchy, no job description and the behavior of current manager is worst, employee turnover is unexpected, no-good place to have your lunch (Entirely Unhygienic) think thousand times before you join.

I only liked the casual college culture and a bit of freedom to work. punctuality is NOT needed to work here. Don't believe their incentive. they're doing kind of scam. they say 6 month. but you get it after 1 year with tons of deduction. and too much tiring process. they deduct money out of base if you don't complete KPI.. also, their sales team is basterd, they will force you to work after shifting at home....Read More

They're Lier-philia. Guys. They give you offer later with claiming good unlimited incentive. which is on average around 10-15K month. in offer latter. and to be given after 6th month. But incentive thing is just scam and will be delaying it tooo too much and make you tied and tired both and then you just feel hopeless....... also,they have KPI rules. if you don't follow they will deduct money from your basic wage. like 500 INR per day max. And, you will be force to work after shifttiming and get lost....Read More

Thrillophilia is best company to learn and show you individual skills only if you do not fall under the bad manager who is there just for fun and polictics, ensure only self job security by removing the other talents and manipulating the better ones. The higher hierarchy should take some anonymous feedback from the Lower hierarchy about their team, work culture and Manager. They do not care as an individual and only believe the reports of senior whatever is reported by the manager that is only catched by the Upper hierarchy. Top management should checks the reality of the employess at the one on one level. The Upper level are the best one from India but they are indulged with such a heavy number of roles so that they can't see the lower hierarchy checks.

If you are trying to find a job here please forget about this company specially as a performance marketing there is zero growth here & no job security literally before joining the company I was searching a house at Jaipur when during the conversation he asked me casually which company I am from & I told him Thrillo philia he literally warned me to back out as he had been there for a month & they told him leave please be aware this company is run by a fraud & the manager himself will ask you to go through everything but will not implement any of your strategies they literally fired a guy who had a good experience within a month by telling him it was a hiring mistake I left this company before anything else as this company is run by complete impatient idiots the CEO & his wife will favor anyone at 1 time & then suddenly one day their attitude will change & below them there are only 3 people who he listens to one is Ram, Prathna & sparsh if these 3 deem you unfit you will be sacked so please be careful who you talk to there plus these idiots dont give saturdays off as well...Read More
