As per my experience, The school management is reliable in some ways so they were paid 80%of the Salary.

Dislikes

I upset with the mind set of management of school to upgrading to teachers and career growth as well as appraisal for staff.

Work Details

Taking computer Subject classes well as Computer lab. Make time table for teachers and arrangement for all Classes. Take care of all classes run smoothly during school time. Taking attendances of teachers and students and generate Report Daily.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
