Salary increment is very low and does not offer good package so anybody who want good package should not join this company Also technology is also very old. If you want to learn new technologies or want to work on new technologies then this is not the place for you.

Employee policies are very bad. Compensation is very low,although they paid me highest out of all as they said. But simultaoeously they transfer employee in internal companies,that will show multiple employements in your resume. No technical learning ,no work life balance and high risk of job security. Its really bad to work with them as an it professional.May be good in calling profile.

Everytime you are under pressure to get the work done. Manager doesn't support. No technical growth. There is always politics and blame game happening around. Manager makes you work in weekends without any compensation or benefits. Overall worst company.
