Despite my unwavering dedication and hard work since joining the company in September 2022, I have continually faced significant challenges, including: - Lack of work culture - Poor work-life balance - Subpar quality standards on site "_Warning: Toxic Work Environmet_" As a employee, I experienced firsthand the unacceptable behavior of senior managers, who regularly used abusive language when interacting with junior staff. This toxic behavior is unacceptable and creates a hostile work environment. Furthermore, the company fails to provide basic hospitality and decent working conditions at the site.
