Everything, The work-culture , the leadership , the professional ethics all are gone for a toss lately. Earlier it was much better and more enthusiastic working here. Now things have changed in a year. No recognition, no respect, no value of an employee. Just exploitation. Terrible!!

The leadership at ThinkBridge lacks clariy regarding goals and objectives. Prior to hiring they faikl to establish clear expectations and performance criteria, resulting in a lack of direction for new employees. During the probationary period, which should be a time for guidance and support, there is a noticable absence of managerial invoolvement. Furthermore, there is a prevalent issue of work overload, affecting not only the new hires but also the existing employees. In addition, there is a lack of training opportunities provided by the company. Considering these circumstances, I would not recommend joining ThinkBridge, especially if you hold a senior position. The organisation seems to exhibit a hire-and-fire culture, and there are indications of a toxic work environment. Work from anywhere. Laptop policy. Paid leaves. Work environment. Support by the leader and always focus on a growth mindset. Flexible timing of work. Good pay and hike. Smooth onboarding process. Collaboration with the leader of the company while Work From Office. Good infrastructure and design of the office. Work-life balance is good but it depends upon the projects.

Dislikes

As the job is completely remote there will be less engagement with colleagues unless you have daily calls.

Thinkbridge is not like any other company, people are really nice and will help you whenever you are stuck. It's not a company where we do software development we solve the company's problems by using the latest methodology. We boast ourselves as thinkers since we do a lot of that. Overall I would rate the company 5/5.
