Work Details

I work on multiple roles as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer. I work on Image Editing, Ui/UX Research process, UI Designing, illustrations, LOGO Designing, pamphlet designing, mobile and web application ui designing, video editing, data visualization.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
