The sandwich leave policy and no carry forward or in cash of leave left by the end of year. Compared to other company's in the market they do provide very less number of PL/CL/SL.

I like flexibility of the hybrid work model. The Interaction with the team gives alot of opportunities to learn. Communication is very clear and good with everyone at the office.
