The first good thing is that it is located absolutely near a metro station and the second is that you get salary on time.

The growth is incredibly slow and unless and until you threaten to resign there wont be any decent increment for you i.e. not unless you are good at flattery. The protocols followed in the company are so elaborate that as an EPC contractor it is not fit for carrying out fast track projects. Any extra effort from your side is absolutely unnoticed. There is no training available for freshers and you will have to take guidance from your seniors if possible. The company has fired a lot of its employees without any second thought in the past two years which included employees who have been serving for the past 8 - 18 yrs so you wont be having any job security. Your will be under tremendous pressure most of the time and wont be able to have a good work-life balance. Politics is a must to survive in here. The company has no training programs for any software whatsoever and if there is any then it will be from a person who will be reading out to you the software's guide manual and not from any expert of the software....Read More

This is not work place... This like school... They turn off the lights 🤣 that indicates the lunch break ,after 30 min they will turn on the lights.. They don't have proper hr policy... Hr department is worst.. They will not respond to employees.. Literally they don't care once you joined in the company... They don't respond your mails also. They don't know what is weekend..
