I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. This is not work place... This like school... They turn off the lights 🤣 that indicates the lunch break ,after 30 min they will turn on the lights.. They don't have proper hr policy... Hr department is worst.. They will not respond to employees.. Literally they don't care once you joined in the company... They don't respond your mails also. They don't know what is weekend..
