Dislikes

No wfh option, and very strict wfo policy. Even if you by any chance get wfh approval, you are asked to compensate it on a friday by going to office.

Right before appraisals, one can surely be in a dilemma if they will be kicked out or no. So guys, thjnk 100 times. I was laid off in such a harsh time and no one listened my request I wasnt even allowed to serve my notice period. Lay offs, lay offs, lay off is very true here

No Job Security(The biggest concern) Silent Firings(They will fire you just before the appraisal. They will hire more folks from colleges at low rates, and then fire other exp individuals) Leadership quality is poor No space to grow No work-life balance Since leadership quality isn't good, they try giving unrealistic timelines to clients due to which analysts have to work till late nights, over weekends, and also when they are on heavy periods and not well....Read More

Work life balance is poor Employees hard work is not appreciated much Appraisals are below standard Similar kinds of projects are given most of the times Performance review process is very poor and very useless They have 4 reviews in an year, 1 review every 3 months and even before completion of 3 months the self review is done There is no proper checks to validate the performance
