1. Salary on time 2. Good learning exposer 3. Lot of company branded goodies you'll get 4. Completely WFH 5. Salary hike also good(~30%)

1. Higher management/leadership is completely toxic, specially at Principal, Asso Principal level 2. They don't care about your life, If the client is paying well then they will treat you like a donkey 3. Job security is not there 4. Somecases, they will onbroard a completely fresher analyst to a complex project and make his life hell. They will expect you to work like a associate from the week 2. Work pressure is too high. 5. All the leaders are vultures here and there is no room for growth and opinions. Salary is way too less for the amount of work loaded on the employees. All seniors are judgemental and lot of internal politics. Some teams have the worst work life balance. Would definitely not recommend working here...Read More

Totally pathetic company and work culture, it follows a hire and fire work policy where they fire employees on spot with out any notice period and gave an irrelevant explanation as to why are they taking such step. My manager din't even connect with me she just asked the PSO to fire me for no reason as may be they were looking for some gender biased roles for that particular profile<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They also din't pay any severance</mark>. I would request everyone to avoid such start ups as they play with people's careers. Worst start up ever !!!...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
