The only good thing is that TOI doesn't sack people but apart from that, TOI has a toxic work culture with creepy bosses who favour their coteries only. Career growth opportunities are limited.

Dislikes

Not much to learn from the bosses. One becomes a boss in TOI after years of buttering and flattering. Bosses are abusive and discouraging. They openly resort to nepotism and prejudice. Many bosses prefer women. With respect to salary, hardly there is 5% hike every year. That too after lot of threats and oiling. Work environment pathetic. My advise would be to avoid TOI.

No salary hike and no promotion,even though we have lot of experience in that work they will hire new person from outside who don't have any knowledge about tat subject and the experienced person have to teach them n thy give promotion to the new joining and not the old one.

New ideas and concepts, innovations, solutions selling evolving according to market needs makes selling fulfilling and satisfactory.

Dislikes

New top management which is new to industry and doesn't support healthy work culture. Irrational and absurd operators.

Work life balance is much better on organisation level. While this is also dependent on reporting manager. Because have seen people suffering as well. But overall it’s ok.

Appraisal are really low. New SOPs in Response are really tarnishing companies image. The entire industry is struggling due to no proper calculation metrics for ROI.

No holidays and could not utilise leaves provided by the company Very long working hours. Although company time is 8.5 hrs, everyone ends up working for 11-12 hrs daily
