I worked there for around 1 year but till now I couldn't find anything I liked.

I would not recommend working at this company. The work environment is extremely hostile, and there is a severe lack of support from senior management. In fact, the seniors often use abusive language, creating a toxic culture that makes it difficult to perform well. They even go as far as forcing store managers to mistreat their team, leading to a highly negative atmosphere. On top of that, the company withholds incentives for months, and even on scheduled days off, store managers are pressured to work. They also disregard personal health and force employees to report to work, regardless of how sick they are. Unfortunately, having this brand on my resume has harmed my job prospects. After adding my experience here, my resume was rejected multiple times because this company is not considered reputable by many employers. When you join the organisation the management talks so big but after joining you realise that the senior management is like obsolete technology totally outdated. Being the manager of store in a city like Delhi. Can say the company really needs to pull some toxic people out of the system. Especially there is this area manager in south by the name of Hassan really so dominating and totally useless. Pathetic work culture, inexperienced senior. They don't how to resolve team issues. They only know how to give warning letters and PIP letter on little mistakes. No job security. Too much politics. Founders are also involved in that. No training, no appreciation. Worst incentive plan.
