The souled store is really a good place for people who are just college passouts or mid level experience, not very good for people who already have a very good experience in the relevant field cause the salary gap between the mid level experience person and highly experience people are almost same which makes less career growth for an experienced person here otherwise it's a very good environment to learn something new for the freshers....Read More

I used to work as a Sr. Design manager for the products and all, so my work was interesting.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
