If you are in mid-level management, the senior management will drive you insane! This company has nothing organized (from folks to SOP/matrix). Your KRA covers a huge portion to manage on a daily basis and the KPI is limited which makes no sense since you are working on a lot of things but get judged only on a few things. You will stand far away from R&R sessions. You will be brutally grinded in monthly sales reviews no matter how well your cluster/area/zone has performed. The management will not hesitate to slit your throat since the blade of termination is always on your throat. You are the decision-maker of your team and no matter how logical and analytical your decisions are, you will be questioned from a pretext of humiliation.
