Staff can grow and develop themselves along with the institution. Decent salary and appraisals are offered, though not in par with the Government schools. Healthy work environment. Positive systems formed, must be established. Consistency in leadership is needed. Follow up of school activities for successful implementation to be done at all levels. Step by step promotions and appraisals must not only based on seniority but also on efficiency. Job description of a staff must not be often altered.
