Everything. Bad Work Culture, Bureaucracy, Dead HR System, Over exploitation of the resources, No Empathy, No Job security, Micro management, No Recognition, No Respect, Language based grouping (Mallu's and Bengali's dominated) in both Senior and Mid Management, No involvement from VP, Chairman, HR whatever happens with the leadership team.

Worst leadership, some leaders come to office consuming alcohol Leadership bark like dogs and treatment their employees like house hold servants The leaders feel that by offering you a job they own you and mis treat you as per their will and wish Bloody dogs Too much of office politics and micro management by leadership Higher management lacks vision and not even trained on ITIL and agile methodologies This organisation is like Naazi camp , thank God if you come out from here healthy and alive, they force you to attempt to suiside, humble request plz don't join this organisation only for the sake of money They attract skilled employee by offering good salaries once you enter your can feel the toxicity and torture from leadership team Horrible leadership team, they don't deserve to be called as leaders, unfit idiots are sitting and calling themselves as leaders by torturing innocent employees...Read More

Company has some good projects and clients. You will be having ample of time to do your tasks. Microland is only responsible for Salary. Rest of the things we need to do with client.

Dislikes

Bad Timesheet policy. If you miss to fill up the timesheet, they will deduct all your leaves and cut alot of salary also depending on the number of days you missed to fill up the timesheet.

There is worklife balance, you don’t have to work extra and no OT is there.

They hire on contract by saying that you will be permanent after 24 months and salary will be increased accordingly, offered wfh by negotiating the salary, but after few months called to office without any increase in salary, not even did the permanent employment.
