Company is good to work present days u find politics everywhere so u cant complaint about it everytime rest it's one of the best companies to work just u need to be a survivor.

Cement industry itself is a traditional industry not the ramco cements but every company works in conventional method where u cant expect any new changes in terms of work or anything
