Company is one of the major job provider in the country. The work culture is somewhat traditional in nature according to my superiors. Salary is only the attractive part of this job.

The top level managers are very much traditional approached people who mostly believes in hardwork only,not on smart works. They keeps on blabbering about their working styles,but not at all appreciate their subordinates even though they performs well in their jobs.If we perform smartly to attain our goals,they keeps advising us tofollow their traditional approaches. Most of the managers won't even contribute to the sales.
