Generally speaking , my work is slightly challenge as I have to look after the entire account with help my Staff As well as manage day -to-day banking work , follow-up with company ect.. I all ways like to do work to achieve task given from my HOD.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
