Park hotel has gd management systems there all employees has gd humans excellent behaviour to outher..all Senior are motivating all juniors staff and gd tack care on them...over all park is really gd am very proud to be a employee of THE PARK hotels

During Corona Pandemic, The Park is not paying salary. Previous month they paid us 25%, but now they are not paying any salary and not calling for re join. When hotel earn 15 lakh then Staff can't get any service charge. But in this Covid19 hotel is not paying salary

Everything is good but their managing director and food and beverage director both are ruling the hotel like hell. Otherwise everything is good.

No healthy and friendly Employee work environment and no motivation, full of dirty politics, Worst HR m, No HR interaction, no HR 2 way communication, HR him self is not Employee concerned or employee friendly.zero employee retention, no exit interviews, no open forums, worst GM, worst HOD’s and worst HR I had ever seen in my 12 years of career. I will never recommend anyone to work here.
