Rude behaviour of the principal and management. Worst and under qualified management. They will give unwanted responsibility such as serving food to students during lunch time. Be sure to ask them about leaves since no paid leave is provided and they don't give clear information on vacations either. Also please enquire and get your job responsibilities specified if selected. They will give offer letter but when you will reach there there will be during bond sign there will be different conditions. They don't care about students or teachers, only care about money. Greedy fellow. They will not give you salary on time. Worst work culture, they are using disrespectful words to the teachers to make their efforts zero. Only advertisement is there, no such reality. It is a good school, facilities that they are providing is appreciable. They just focus on teaching strategies and style of a teacher. No extra work is given to a teacher other than teaching.

Some of the staff members were cooperative, helpful & supportive & some the students were supportive, well-behaved & sincere which helped to survive in that toxic environment.

Many of them already have written reviews relating to the toxic work environment so I don't want to back it up more instead I would light on the other issues. First of all the entire management must undergo training program for "How to run a school?" 1. The school doesn't have school diary for the students. 2. The students don't know the white board culture. Ofcourse, the reason was they were not taught about it because the management itself is not aware of the importance of it. 3. They don't have log book culture. 4. Although they claim it to be an ICSE school but many of the students can't speak proper English because the teachers teach & explain everything in hindi. And the management haven't taken any step over it. 5. The school is spending lots of money on promotional activities but never thought about the basic things that need to corrected. 6. The school doesn't have a proper reporting time for the students. The teachers are asked to sign in on time but the students arrives school as per their convenience even on the days of exam. 7. The physics, chemistry & biology lab is in a pathetic condition. 8. They have sports period but no culture to organise sports weeks or annual sports day. 9. They don't have proper idea about the criteria related to conducting a exam & result preparation. 10. No ID cards for staffs. Hence,If the ICSE goes for a proper inspection "The Palladian House" can never qualify the eligibility criteria to be called as a school. An employee working over here can never learn & grow on professional level. The management really needs to work hard.
