Best work environment and they teach a lot of things to every one .Even I also learnt every thing from Housekeeping manager,HR .They are taken traning everyday for be train every staff.Which is the best way to learn.

They are not agree to promote the staff in housekeeping department only .That was I dislike

When I joined in the Mirador hotel I was fresher but I struggled a bit in the begining .I learnt everything on the job .I got a chance to multiple boy in house keeping department. I got employee of the month five times.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
