Great support of team mates throughout the project.Also a wide range of support from our senior colleague at any level of difficulty.Work environment is very friendly to work.

There is no compensation,also growth level is slow. Sometimes the work pressure is very high for that have to work 15-16 hrs in a day as I have to attend calls starting in morning to late into night.I do receive appreciation emails from my client ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly Promotion by Management.The most weird things about this company is salary which is never ever been on time or gradually going bad day by days....Read More

Frankly speaking,Job role is slightly challenging as i have to monitor the projects from team selection,on site survey/testing completion,report delivering,expenditure of projects,finally invoice completing.

There is nothing good at Mining and Engineering Corporation. Terribly worst company I have ever seen in my life. The company will destroy your future career growth as there is nothing to learn or innovate your ideas.

The company is worst,and the behaviour of the GM is terribly worst.They dont know how to behave with the employees,how to treat them.Basically,they follow a toxic work culture.No salary for almost 3 months and when you oppose their behavior they will sue you or create dramas to fire you from the job.No facilities at all,you have to pay for water..😂😂😂 No self respect at all. No work respect at all.. They treat their employees as their servant. No values of your qualifications If you want to resign for your career growth,they will insult you to the lowest level..also they will not pay salary dues...your hard earned money...you have to forget your hard earned money..
