Due to My reporting boss is best person and eco friendly atmosphere with my colleagues. Further so much learn about work experience from my reporting boss and i enjoy with my job profile.

Dislikes

"No Work No Pay" rules as like of Labour work. If take leave for any reason then salary cut off. Salary delay but advance facilities available. Increment depend of mood.

Great support of team mates throughout the project.Also a wide range of support from our senior colleague at any level of difficulty.Work environment is very friendly to work.

Dislikes

There is no compensation,also growth level is slow. Sometimes the work pressure is very high for that have to work 15-16 hrs in a day as I have to attend calls starting in morning to late into night.I do receive appreciation emails from my client ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly Promotion by Management.The most weird things about this company is salary which is never ever been on time or gradually going bad day by days.

There is nothing good at Mining and Engineering Corporation. Terribly worst company I have ever seen in my life. The company will destroy your future career growth as there is nothing to learn or innovate your ideas.

...o resign for your career growth,they will insult you to the lowest level..also they will not pay salary dues...your hard earned money...you have to forget your hard earned money.. Joining that company is nothing but biggest failure of your career. Please don't join the company..
