Well, the things to like about that place was the infrastructure and some of my fellow colleagues with whom I gained really good work-relationships. Other than that, the tutoring itself was the best part.
Dislikes
Mind boggling office politics I've ever seen. And what's worse is the attitude and treatment of the owner towards her employees, who treats everyone as if they're her servants. She'll pick one favorite and no matter what that one person does, their negative actions are never taken into consideration. However, if the owner decides todislike someone, she will make it her personal vendetta to grill and humiliate that employee in front of all personnel present (if students are present, it pleases her even more). I've seen this woman harrass not only her employees but also pick terrible fights against the students as well. I know it's not easy to run a business but one thing that I've learnt for real is arrogance doesn't lead you any where....Read More
