Red flag behavior by the mamagement & HR Will try to manipulate you with all their tactics and waste your time. Attrition rate is,very high in this company. No flexibility. Would not suggest this place to anyone!

A Disappointing Experience with The Marcom Avenue Working at The Marcom Avenue has been an overwhelmingly negative experience for several reasons. I had high hopes when I joined, but those hopes quickly dissipated due to numerous issues within the company. Poor Management: The management at The Marcom Avenue is highly disorganized and lacks effective communication skills. Managers often fail to provide clear directions or feedback, leaving employees confused and frustrated. Their approach is very top-down, and they rarely listen to or value input from the staff. Decisions are made arbitrarily without considering the impact on the team. Unprofessional Behavior from Management: One of the most concerning issues is the unprofessional behavior of some managers. There have been multiple instances where a particular manager has shown inappropriate *favoritism* towards certain female employees, often making others uncomfortable.
