Dislikes

The increments are not in proportion with the amount of work done or duties/ responsibilities/ special tasks undertaken. Moreover, certain policies like denying access to mobile phones to teachers, feels like an act of mistrust towards the teachers. We are serious and mature professionals, and understand the dignity if the role of ateacher. I appreciate the opportunity for professional growth and development that The Lexicon International School, Kalyani Nagar provides. The collaborative environment and open communication among staff members make it easy to work. The school emphasis on extra curricular activities and sports.

Dislikes

One area I’d like to see improvement is the workload and administrative tasks given to the class teacher. Kindly hire a team to work on the CBSE portals (UDISE). While I understand the importance of these tasks, I sometimes finds it challenging to balance them with my teaching responsibilities.

I don't like when we get work after school hours , specially when lot of messages come relating to school work. We are continuously doing the school work, du to which family time has been reduced.

School staff ,supervisors and heads are very helpful and atmosphere is very familiar.

Dislikes

As a music teacher we do not have musicroom and proper space for teaching music.all time we are carring our respected Instruments for classes to classes.
